It's a nice quiet Lowe's. People are helpful and pleasant. There's nothing unexpected here.
Cashier was a little slow. Never did a pay by phone prior to mine. Had to wait a bit for help from other associate while she finished telling a story to a third employee. It was okay but still by far prefer Home Depot. Try it and make your own judgment.
After two hours of waiting for help I just gave up. Push the button They have paged people but nobody shows up. Unfortunately this is not my first experience with this Lowe’s having this problem. I think it’s time they hire new help and get rid of the old. Great sales pitch for Home Depot where I will be shopping from now on.
