Outstanding customer service with Deb who runs the storage!!!! She is personable, helpful, and has a sense of humor. Deb is so professional, she was able to break my lock when I forgot my key. She even gave me an incredible home made cookie. I recommend the Abbingtington Extra Space Storage highly!

This place is great, it’s very clean and the staff that run the facility are beyond friendly! I didn’t know what to expect. I’ve never had to use a storage unit before and did not have any idea how it worked. My life suddenly changed unexpectedly and I had to do it. I thought maybe I’d be dealing with some grumpy person at a desk when I first came in but, I was warmly welcomed by a wonderful woman named Susan, she made me feel much better about my situation (considering I was slightly depressed) and made it so easy to find a unit that suited my needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with something I’ve never had to deal with before! Thank you so much Susan, you’re awesome!
